That is what we do here at ARBC Change, we take the pain and frustration away and help your business flourish. We do this either by leading the delivery for you from implementing a new CRM to helping you with Regulatory change nothing phases us, it is in our DNA and over the years we have homed in on our skills to focus on the stuff that really matters.

All of our trainers, have practical examples from their own experiences from working in business, and as a result help people see how they can apply what they have learnt back in their own working environment.

We have been doing this for years and are experts in our fields, how can ARBC help us improve our processes?

Just as your chosen field is something you have learnt over the years, process design is also a specialism, having the right help will help you pinpoint areas of pain - either letting the customer down or being inefficient. There has never been an instance where we have reviewed a process and not identified areas to improve which ultimately saved the company money or helped them grow.

I have no idea what AI is, everyone talks about it, should I be using it?

It depends, the only way to know that is to understand what needs to improve for you to meet your goals and there are various we can help you do this from hotspot assessments through to process reviews. We can also help remove the AI mystery with a 1-day course delivered by someone who understands the technology and most importantly can explain it in a way all of us understand.

I have just started managing people, should I get training?

Absolutely, training and coaching which our package offers. Bad management is Bad for your business –losing employees, increased sickness, unsatisfactory performance not to mention the impact on the manager’s and employee’s mental health.

We can help with a discovery exercise where we will make a hotspot assessment on your business (or one particular area ) and identify the areas which could be improved and help you prioritise them. You will have the information to make an informed decision on how to move forward.

For example, we delivered a new online portal for customers to self-serve for a UK based division in a Global organisation, because of the way we rolled it out and within 4 weeks 56% of customers were using it vs. the other countries who achieved 8%. The team who helped make that happen owned the measure and enjoyed celebrating every success on the way.

 

Or a small business who implemented a new system to help with their Marketing campaigns, they were about to spend £3k a month on a solution but when their needs were understood they only needed the £720 version. When we finished delivering the project we heard things like “this is the best project I have been involved in” to “I have really enjoyed this”.

Our Story

The founder, Andria Reid, a European award-winning change professional, has 25 years' experience in leading change and whilst her experience is mainly in Financial Services, has worked in many different industries making positive differences. She has a reputation for getting great things done, delivering value early and making change stick.

Andria over the years has seen change delivered badly for many reasons, lack of alignment and clarity, focus, poor change leadership at the top, through to people in change roles who do not have the natural aptitude for it (skills can be taught). It is painful to be part of initiatives that are done badly, and so needless. Money, time is wasted but worse than that the people who are involved suffer from high stress, fear and frustration. Often companies bring in consultancy firms who have a strategy of “land and expand”, are left feeling disappointed with the results and that every conversation felt like a sales pitch to buy yet more resource and services from them.

It absolutely does not need to be this way! It can be fun, after all creating something new , something better should be enjoyable, shouldn't it and of course deliver value.

ARBC Change has been set up to show there is a new way, and whilst each situation needs a slightly different approach what underpins it remains the same.

We are open and transparent from the set go, explaining the different options for the client which clearly outlines the level of investment needed for each one alongside the pros and cons. This means you are very aware of what you are signing up to.
